Our team is getting bigger! With great joy we announce the arrival of Emmanuelle Beniero (Manu for short). In charge of IT support (Helpdesk), she will also assume the position of commercial assistant.
Her career path and professional expertise
Before all, Emmanuelle stands for extensive experience in human relations which she acquired throughout her different professions. People manager, team leader, sales manager… Throughout her entire career, Emmanuelle committed herself 200% to building social relationships.
That way, she alternately handled quality improvement, cost optimisation, recruiting, client satisfaction and client management, personnel management (human resources)… A vast amount of responsibilities that allowed her to acquire a considerable versatility, working on both team management and client management.

In our team, Emmanuelle will be in charge of IT support. From now on, you will address her for all your questions concerning our automotive solutions. Instructions on our platform, questions about the price offer, changing personal data or perhaps dealing with small software bugs, she will be more than glad to offer you assistance.
Her goal? To handle the follow-up of your project, consequently reducing the workload of her colleagues at the IT department so they can devote themselves fully to the optimisation of our solutions.
