What are the technical prerequisites for using Fastback solution?

All you need is an Internet connection like ADSL, cable, T1, etc.. and a browser (IE7+, Chrome, FireFox 3+, Safari, Opéra, etc..). Our application is accessible everywhere from any device (Mac, PC, Ipad, etc.) and requires no intervention on your part .

What is the minimal screen resolution required?

We strongly recommend 1024x768 pixels.

Is your application compatible with Internet Explorer 6?

No. Internet Explorer 6 is outdated for over 10 years, it will not be supported for the administration interface. We advise our customers to update their browser to the latest version offered by Microsoft.

Can I use the application from my Ipad?

Yes you can. The only thing that you won't be able to do is uploading files and photos because an Ipad is not capable to browse your documents and pictures. The Iphone and any other tablet remains a great way to hang in your dealership with all the technical car information of the vehicles at your fingertips.

I do not receive automatic emails on my inbox, what do I do?

You should definitely contact your administrator to add to the "whitelist" email address associated with the automatic email. Thus, you will receive in the future without any concern your emails. It's just a standard configuration to be done in the spam filter mail server.

Is support service included?

Is application hosting included?

Yes it is. We also offer the domain name of your choice.

What is your policy on data security?

We go through a third party for the server infrastructure to ensure the best possible service in terms of both performance and in terms of security. Your database is backed up daily on servers (photos and documents too). Server uptime is guaranteed 99.9% by our hosting company partner.

Is your application multi-dealership?

Yes it is.

Is your application multilangual?

Yes. Our interface is available in FR,NL and EN. Any other language will be an additional billing.

Is it possible to export data?

Yes. You can export in CSV format all the information about customers, prospects, users, used cars, etc..

is it possible to import data?

There is no feature to import a list of customers or users, but when installing the service, we can inject this data for you.

Where can I find explanations regarding the use of the application?
